Plus tôt dans la journée, je vous annonçais le lancement de deux nouveaux processeurs par Intel Corp., les PXA210 et PXA250. Le Computer Systems Group (CSG) de Toshiba America Information Systems Inc. n'a pas perdu de temps car ils annonce déjà le développement d'un PDA Pocket PC architecturé autour du PXA250 pour le trimestre prochain. Toshiba nous a déjà livrée une arme fatale avec le Genio, imaginez ce que ça va être avec un processeur à 400 Mhz !!! Ce PDA proposera tout ce qui faut pour la communication wireless et deux ports d'extension (SD et CF).

D'autres constructeurs annonce faire confiance aux nouveaux processeurs Intel : Acer Inc., Casio., Compaq, DaimlerChrysler, Fujitsu, Fujitsu-Siemens Computer, Hewlett-Packard, Hitachi, Intermec Technologies, InFocus, Johnson Controls, NEC Computers, et Symbol Technologies.
